Studio37 welcomes all dancers, instructors, bands, and more to rent space at our studio. Need a place to teach your group classes or private lessons? Or maybe you need to practice for an upcoming performance? Maybe you just want to practice what you learned in your recent dance class or you are looking for something unique for a special event or party. We are here for you! Contact us for details!

 

Studio Rentals: Studio rental ensures the client the full space for the hour. We offer several options for rentals.

• Rehersals

• Private Sessions

• Auditions

• Film Shoots

• Photo Shoots

• Workshops

 

Studio Rental Policies and Procedures:

• Spaces must be requested at least 72 hours before rental. If space is requested with less than 72 hour notice,a $20 fee added to the invoice.

• All invoices must be paid in full at least 24 hours before rental. If payments are not made within 24 hours, you forfeit the requested time. Payments WILL NOT be accepted the day of the rental.

• NO food, beverages (other than water plastic bottles), glass bottles, or cans are permitted on the dance floor when studio is being used for rehearsals, auditions, or performances.

• NO chewing gum is permitted on the dance floor.

• Smoking anywhere in or around the building is NOT permitted.

• Photography and Videography are not permitted anywhere in the building without prior written permission.

 

Deposit & Policy: When renting the studio, we request you place a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order for us to reserve your space. Deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least a 48 hour notice. If promotion has began for your class and you have decided to cancel, you are required to give the public at least a 48 hour notice.
