Kid's Parties

Throw the best party ever! 

About The Party: Our professional dance instructors will serve as your personal hostess for the entire party. The instructor will lead a fun dance/gymnastics warm up, offer games, and teach a fun follow along routine that matches your theme. NO DANCE OR GYMNASTICS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Cake, presents and more birthday fun will follow. Parents are welcome to stay or return to join us the last 10 minutes to watch the perform the routine they learned!  Parties are designed for at least 15 guests; however, additional guests may be invited. See details below.

Party Duration:  1hr 30 min.  You can arrive 30 minutes prior to set-up.

Parents Provide:  Birthday cake/ice cream, candles, drinks or any other desired snacks or food, plates & silverware.  Parents have the option to add decorations prior to the party start time.

Fairytale Princess Party (ages 3 & up):

Do you need the perfect theme for your little princess?  Well we’ve got your answer!  With this option you will be able to treat your birthday girl like the princess she is!  She and her guests will have tons of fun being treated like little royalty while dancing to themed fairytale soundtracks, playing dress up with our array of dresses and accessories & playing fun creative movement games!  Parents are welcome to stay the entire time or return to join us the last 10 minutes to see the princess routine they learned!

Party Includes:

  • Your very own themed fairytale princess party dance host

  • Your very own custom fairytale dance for you and your guests taught for all to learn (no dance experience necessary)

  • Princess party favors for the kids to take home

  • Princess Party Dress up (Studio37 will provide have princess dress up accessories onsite for the guests to dress up in, note all items must be returned)

  • 2 tables for cake/food/etc.

  • 15 chairs

  • Light décor – Helium balloons, streamers, tablecloths, back drop & photo booth

  • Kid friendly music & Karaoke machine for guests to belt out their favorite songs

  • One free drop in class for each child to come and enjoy at their leisure

 

Pop Star Party (ages 3 & up):

If your child loves all things pop, then this theme is perfect for you!  Children will have a blast together with their favorite pop songs.  Singing loudly to the latest tunes and learning new pop moves from your personal pop star host is always a hit!  A Karaoke machine will be in the house calling all pop stars to belt out their favorite songs!  Fun dance games and performances will be prepared for all friends and family to enjoy!  Don’t forget to dress like a pop star!  Parents are welcome to stay the entire time or return to join us the last 10 minutes to see the pop star showcase!

Party Includes:

  • Your very own Pop Star dance party host

  • Your very own custom dance for you and your guests taught for all to learn (no dance experience necessary)

  • A Karaoke machine with the latest in pop star music choices

  • Pop Star Party Favors for the kids to take home

  • 2 tables for cake/food/etc.

  • 15 chairs

  • Light décor – Helium balloons, streamers, tablecloths, backdrop & photo booth

  • Kid friendly pop music

Hip Hop Dance Party (ages 3 & up): 

Kids dancing, high energy, great music are just a few things that this awesome party will give your little groover!  With this option you will be able to give your child the time of their lives!  Your guests will learn the latest and greatest hip hop moves, enjoy a fun freestyle circle where they can demonstrate their new skills and play fun creative movement games!  Parents are welcome to stay the entire time or return to join us the last 10 minutes to see the hip hop routine they learned!! 

Party Includes:

  • Your very own Hip Hop party host

  • A custom hip hop dance for you and your guests taught for all to learn (no dance experience necessary)

  • Hip hop party favor for kids to take home

  • 2 tables for cake/food/etc.

  • 15 chairs

  • Light décor – Helium balloons, streamers, tablecloths & backdrop

  • Photo booth for kids to do their favorite hip hop poses

  • Kid friendly hip hop music

Poppin Pampers Party (ages 1 to 3):

Our movers and shakers are ready to party!  Celebrate your 1st few years with Studio37!  Our toddlers are ready to pop out of their pampers when the music comes on and the doors open to our incredible free play area!  From large beach balls, to obstacle courses, balloons, parachutes and fun mommy/daddy & baby songs the children have an absolute BLAST!

Party Includes:

  • Your very own Song & Dance party host

  • Song Time:  Fun Songs for the children to sing

  • Free Play Equipment:  Beach Balls, Tumbling Track, Low Beams, Obstacle Courses, Hula Hoops

  • Creative Movement Games & Activities for the kids to enjoy

  • Parachute play time

  • 2 tables for cake/food/etc.

  • 15 chairs

  • Light décor – Helium balloons, streamers, tablecloths & backdrop

  • Kid friendly music

  • One free drop in class for each parent & child to come and enjoy our early childhood learning program classes

 

Tumbling Party (ages 3 & up): up to 10 guest

Get ready to tumble!  If your child has tons of energy and is looking for a fun party, then we have the answer for you!  Bring out the tumbling fun with free play, tumble time and parachute singing and dancing!  The kids will have a BLAST running down our tumble track, rolling down our cheese mat and balancing on the beams!  Additional fun creative movement free play will also close out the party making it the time of their lives!  Parents are welcome to play with their children or return to join us the last 10 minutes.

Party Includes:

  • Your very own Tumbling Coach party host

  • Fun basic tumbling instruction

  • Parachute play & song time

  • Free Play:  Hula hoops floor balance beam, and obstacle course

  • 2 tables for cake/food/etc.

  • 10 chairs

  • Light décor – Helium balloons, streamers, tablecloths & backdrop

  • Kid friendly music

  • One free tumbling or acro drop in class for each child to come and enjoy at their leisure

 

Upgrades/Add On’s:

  • Additional guests $10 per child

  • Additional Chairs $1 per chair

  • Themed table settings (birthday plates, cups, forks, napkins & table cloths, favors):  $20

  • Projector $25

  • Photographer $50 (will get all pictures on a disc within 7 business days available for pick up at Dance 411)

Party Reminders:

  • Changes are allowed up to 72 hours prior to party

  • Studio37 is a family friendly environment, therefore no adult beverages are allowed on premises.

  • All party attendees will need to complete a waiver signed by a parent in order to participate

  • Host parent is able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party and must vacate the rental space by no later than 15 minutes after the end time of the party. 

Cost & Reservations:  $275 Reserve by e-mailing dancestudio37@gmail.com. Credit/Debit cards are required for all reservations done by e-mail.  Reservations require a 50% deposit.  Until a deposit has been paid, you do not have a secured reservation.
