Job Goal: Studio37's Manager should be a resourceful individual with superior organizational, written and oral communication skills. Studio37 is looking for a well rounded individual who is business savvy, creative, responsible and reliable. The Studio Manager will be directly responsible for the organization and daily functions of Studio37.

​

Required Skills:  Professional skills that would strongly suggest an ability to do the essential functions of the position.

• Customer service skills

• Proficiency in computer use and understanding of basic word processing and spreadsheet software required (e.g., Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Publisher)

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to interact in a professional manner with staff and studio members and parents

• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality as situations dictate

• Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence and reliable transportation

• Dance Teachers

​

Job Goal: Studio37 is looking for experienced and dedicated dance teachers to join us for our upcoming dance season. We are looking for "dedicated," instructors with positive attitudes. We are looking for instructors with previous teaching experience, loves working with a variety of ages (3- adult), has knowledge the dance style you are applying for, available 2-3 days per week, and eager to share their passion of dance with our members, parents and staff.

Required Skills:  Dance technique that strongly suggest that you have the knowledge and the ability to teach Ballet, Jazz, or Hip Hop.

• Motivational skills

• Choreography skills

• Leadership skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence and reliable transportation

• Marketing Intern

Job Goal:  We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Artistic Director in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Required Skills:  

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications

• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

• Current enrollment in a related degree
